ROSEVILLE, CA (MPG) – Dignitaries from the city of Roseville celebrated official grand opening of Sonrisa Senior Living (1031 Roseville Parkway) Tuesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The 201-unit premiere community sets a new standard in senior independent living in the city.

“For nearly three decades Roseville has been a sought after destination for seniors and active adults to call home,” said Roseville Vice Mayor Bruce Houdesheldt. “In 2020, Roseville was listed as the 9^th Best Place to retire by Money Magazine. Senior living has evolved since the 1990s from single family living to vibrant senior luxury apartment homes like Sonrisa.”

During the same ceremony, attendees also participated in the ground breaking of the highly anticipated Sonrisa Assisted Living and Memory Care. Located next door to Sonrisa Senior Living, the 10-acre facility (1035 Roseville Parkway) plans to open 144 apartment units for local seniors in summer 2023. The community is expected to create up to 100 jobs in Roseville.
